Looks like Steve's fighting in my Country this time around. Steve if you're reading this you gotta get a pic with my coach Jason Macdonald, that would be deadly! Kick Luis Cane's ass Robot!!! I'm rootin' for ya.
p.s. Did anyone else think that people got way to sensitive over the arm snap gestures old Steve-o made? I mean lighten up everyone, he just wanted to hear the pop. What's so wrong about that? Should have tapped... |

| This is going to be a tough opponent, I hope the Robot trains like he's never trained before. |

Steve trains the same way for every fight, with an intensity that can only manifest itself when one is in perfect
balance of doing something that you love and that you were created to do. I can tell you that he has
great respect for Mr. Cane and is really looking forward to this. |

| In fact, Steve has been the underdog and had very similar statements made (except for the armbar bologna of course) about him in most of his fights that I can remember. Remember how they expected Mike Ashford to dominate him, or Jungle Fight? All the Same. The only fight that I can remember that he was really expected to win was the last one and with all respect to Razjack, he was probably the least prepared guy Steve ever fought. I know he is really looking forward to this. |

Good Luck Steve!!!!! You are the man.
I think this will be a tough test but I am sure Steve is going to come out on top and keep climbing that ladder.

What a great fight by two fantastic athletes! It was obvious that Steve earned much respect from Luis Cane and put to rest the argument that Cane was going to walk right through him. Great job Steve, looking forward to seeing you soon! |

The excitement of Steve's fight was completely opposite of the title fight that can be summed up in one word BORING. I am more a web site guy than a MMA guy so any subtle fighting technique was totally lost on me. It had to be one of the most uninteresting fights I have ever seen. Sorry if I am showing my ignorance (which I abound in) here. |

I have been watching MMA for a long time and I would agree with the boring part the bad thing is Anderson will get the blame for being boring and it was not his fault now for the important stuff.
GREAT JOB STEVE if you don't get Fight of The Night bonus you got robbed for sure what a great fight. You put on a show and proved a lot of people wrong. Thanks for the entertainment and Keep your head up nothing to be ashamed of or down about you fought your ass off and my hat is off to you. |
